Getting around Milos
Print pages 68–69
Milos is the one island where somebody has published bus times covering the days you are actually here. They are not in this book. A timetable goes out of date faster than a book can, so this one sits on the companion.
Everything runs from Adamas, you buy the ticket aboard, and it is two euros each time you get off. Nothing takes much more than twenty minutes, because nothing here is far.
What shapes the days is not the timetable but the shape of the stay. You land just after midday on the 22nd and the airport transfer leaves at noon on the 24th, which makes the 23rd your only whole day. Half an afternoon, one proper day, and a morning — worth knowing before you plan three things.
The Milos bus timetable — every route and departure the operator published for 21–27 September, and the date it was last checked.
